What kind of furniture do you make?

The furniture we build includes dining tables, benches, credenzas, media consoles, coffee tables, side tables, beds, headboards, desks and so forth. We also build built-ins, bookshelves, and anything your home or business needs.

What is the lead time?

Each project is unique and the time it requires to build will vary based on the detail and complexity of the project. We are currently taking projects for the year 2023.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a showroom but we welcome you to visit the workshop and to see the work in progress. We do however post all of our work on this our Instagram page so you can have a chance to see our work to a finer detail.

What kind of wood do you use?

We specialize in using hardwoods of oak, ash, maple, cherry and walnut, as well as, soft woods of pine and cedar.

What is the ordering process?

The best way to start the process is to contact us directly by e-mail or telephone with details of your furniture order. We will help you through the order process. Below is our typical ordering process. We will initially review your project idea, input our expertise and make our proposal to you with the estimated costs

Consultation

Please email or call us for an initial consultation. We’ll ask for a rough description of what you would like, including furniture style, size, and preferred wood type. If you have any inspiration photos, those would help us provide a design direction. Please note that an order is placed into our calendar in the order a deposit is received and contract mutually signed. We will give you a rough estimate what a typical project similar to yours cost in the past.

Drawing

Once we get a general idea of what you’re looking for, we’ll offer some suggestions and price estimates. If you are a designer, we ask that you provide a drawing.

Contract

Once we’ve established the details and you are happy to go ahead, we will send you a contract that details what is being fabricated. We can send the proposal via email or regular mail. Upon reviewing the contract, please feel free to ask any questions or request any changes. If you are happy with our proposal, you are invited to sign the contract. A fabrication deposit will be required at this point.

*Please note that we queue orders into our production schedule in the order the deposit is received and contract mutually signed.

Construction

Construction begins, and your desired custom furniture or fixture will be completed!
*Wait times varies. Please refer to your contract regarding expected completion time.

Delivery

We deliver our furniture personally within West Michigan. If there is a location outside of this region we will then require a delivery charge.

Do you ship?

We currently do not ship out of the state and only deliver locally. It is our wish to provide the best service for our customers. We feel that it is in the interest of our customers to buy furniture locally for the best product and service.
